Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Nerdy Ape Gaming will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items and items are not eligible for a return.

Nerdy Ape Gaming will not issue refunds for products purchased through any entities besides NerdyApeGaming.com
such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

Items eligible for refunds or exchange must not be damaged in any way other then the condition the item arrived to the customer in, this includes scratches, dents, burns, etc.

If item was received with any issues like scratches, dents , burns etc… It is customers responsibly to take photo graphed proof and share with staff at Nerdy Ape Gaming!

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return, This includes the checking of all S/N, and to try to mimic the issue with the return, If Nerdy Ape Gaming is not able to recreate the issue, or if no issue is found, Nerdy Ape Gaming will not be required to give a refund or replacement, In stead we would help the customer with getting a replacement from the manufacture!

Nerdy Ape Gaming offers a 14-day return period after receiving your order. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are absolutely no refunds for shipping costs or custom work (i.e. custom paint, special order chassis, custom modifications, etc). Any component that undergoes custom paint or artwork services will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to the restocking fee and cost of those services. All systems must be returned in their factory configuration. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer regardless of the reason for return. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by its original packaging, accessories, and manuals, otherwise your return may be subject to additional fees. If the item gets lost or damaged in transit back to Nerdy Ape Gaming, We will not be responsible for the Refund but instead you must go through the insurance of the shipment therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Such as UPS, FED-EX or USPS.

Orders over $5000 and orders that have been financed are not eligible for return. You must contact Nerdy Ape Gaming customer support for an RMA# prior to return of merchandise.

Again We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Such as UPS, FED-EX or USPS.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for return procedures and an additional 4-10 business days for money to be refunded back to your original payment method

Additionally, Nerdy Ape Gaming is not responsible for any damages caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections, or components not installed by or purchased from Nerdy Ape Gaming. Nerdy Ape Gaming is not responsible for damages to any components or loss of any data inadvertently caused by products, under normal or abnormal use, including those purchased from Nerdy Ape Gaming. Nerdy Ape Gaming will not replace, repair, or refund any purchase if an item or component’s serial number does not match what was originally sold. Nerdy Ape Gaming will not be responsible for shipping costs to Nerdy Ape Gaming if an RMA is necessary. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Nerdy Ape Gaming will only be responsible for return US ground shipping to the customer once a repair is completed, while under warranty. Customers outside of the US are responsible for all shipping costs. Limited warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by: Shipping (other than related to the original shipment from Nerdy Ape Gaming), improper installation, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repair, adjustments, or excessive electrical power. Limited warranty also does not cover wear and tear. In the event of a repair or replacement, defective merchandise will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective merchandise. Out-of-warranty repairs performed by Nerdy Ape Gaming are covered for 30 days after you receive your PC back from service. Coupons that extend warranty cannot be combined and can only be used to extend purchased or included warranty packages by up to +1 year, and the total warranty cannot exceed 3 years. System upgrade services are available only when sourcing parts through Nerdy Ape Gaming. Waived labor costs do not apply to component upgrades, regardless of warranty status.
